A few things about me
Over 20 years experience providing . . .
Practical, no nonsense strategies that address issues like managing chronic illness, talking to health care providers, self-care and healing your soul.
Compassion, validation, humor, and ways of explaining complicated things in an easy-to-understand, unforgettable way.
Up-to-date Information that is helpful and useful, and grounded in current science.
I spent 20 years of my life as a licensed psychologist. Now I am finding satisfaction in new endeavors. Still, I want to stay connected with others, and I want to do this in a different way that reflects all that I have learned and who I have become.
Coaching offers me the greatest flexibility to share my accumulated wisdom and teaching with you. All of this is anchored in life experience, my professional education, and my work history.
I am taking the lessons of my past, integrating them with my present, and using that knowledge to inform the choices I make, so that my last decades are in alignment with my values of compassion, kindness, and wholeness. I
want to share that with you.
